Terms and Conditions
It is the
customer’s
responsibility to read the terms and conditions carefully before
placing
orders.
ORDERING:
- Minimum Order: $6000.00. Minimum pack/inner
pack must be ordered. A $150.00 order processing/handling fee is added to
all orders below minimum order.
- Cancel Order:
Order will be confirmed with a Porforma Invoice. Cancellation will not be accepted once the order is confirmed.
- F.O.B: Taiwan
PRICING/PRODUCT
CHANGES:

All
of our prices are manufacturer's suggested retail in U.S. dollars. Products are subject to
cancellation without notice. We reserve the right
to make
our corrections if there are printing errors.
TERMS:
- Method of Payment: All new accounts will make payments by T/T
- Net Terms:
Terms can be negotiated (except for first order). We reserve the right to request for up to five trade and/or bank references.
- Past Due Accounts:
Subject to a 1.5% monthly finance late charge (18% APR).
RETURN:

Return:
Accepted only with prior authorization. Please call or write explaining
the
reason for return. Requests for returns must be made within 15 days
of
receipt of goods. We will issue a RMA number to you. We will accept returns only if a RMA number was issued.
CREDIT:
- Credit: No cash
refunds. Credit goes toward next order ONLY!
- Nature of
Craftsmanship: Since we work with solid wood, slight differences may be noted on the patterns of wood grain and different shades of wood colors. No
credit will be issued for the natural look of the wood (i.e. variation in wood grain).
